What we collect, and what we don't.

This is a waitlist page. There is no account, no login, and no advertising on it.

Your email

If you join the waitlist we store the email address you type, the website you gave us, and where you came from (UTM tags or a ?ref= code).

We email you: launch updates, your video, product news, offers and other marketing about DemoDay. We do not sell, rent or share the list, and we do not email you on behalf of anyone else. Every email has an unsubscribe link — one click, no questions, and we stop. You can also reply to any email, or write to the address below, and we will remove you.

To show that you agreed, we record the exact sentence you were shown when you signed up, its version, the page URL, the time, and the IP address the signup came from. That record is kept as long as you are on the list, and for a short period after you leave so we can prove we had permission and that we honoured your opt-out.

Usage analytics

The page runs a first-party, cookieless collector. It records page views, scroll depth, which sections came into view, clicks (by a stable element id — never the text you type), repeated frustrated clicks, which demo film you played, and how long the tab was actively in front of you. A random session id lives in sessionStorage for the tab's lifetime and is gone when you close it.

• No cookies, no cross-site tracking, no ad pixels, no session replay.
• Your IP address is used to rate-limit and, if you join the waitlist, kept once as proof of consent. It is not attached to your browsing events.
• Your user-agent is reduced server-side to a browser and OS family; the raw string is discarded.
• Referrers are cut down to their origin, so no paths or query strings from other sites are kept.
• Event data is deleted after 90 days.

We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not fingerprint visitors.

Where it lives

Everything is stored in our own Postgres database. Nothing is sent to a third-party marketing or analytics platform.

Your rights

Wherever you live you can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent. Withdrawing is as easy as giving it: one click in any email. We answer within 30 days.
